Aloe litteralis Thick Green Leaf Winter Flowers

Aloe littoralis is a tall non-branching tree aloe to 10 feet with rosettes of 2 foot long lanceolate light blue-green leaves with reddish brown margins that are upwardly inclined and dry with age to remain hanging down along the length of the stem. Flowers stalks rise 3 to 4 feet above the the rosette have spikes of coral red flowers. Plant in full sun, give occasional water in the summer, and keep dry in the winter.
