Agave deserti

This agave will produce clumping dense rosettes, up to 2 meters wide. The leaves are very stiff and pointy. It likes full sun in the heat of the desert summer. It grows at the edge of two climate zones: the California coastal scrub region and the Mojave Desert. Therefore it gets slightly more rain and warmer winters than plants from the Mojave, such as Agave utahensis nevadensis. You are bidding on this 11 inch size plant pictured below.
